Getting in ever so slightly ahead of the rush, I hope.

...getting in somewhat after the beginning of the rush, then.
Skank Zero Hopeless-Savage
swerval_zero, alumna, hails from the comic Hopeless Savages by Oni Press (familiar to most of you from...this game), and is the daughter of punk rock legends Dirk Hopeless and Nikki Savage and sister to Rat Bastard, Arsenal Fierce, and Twitch Strummer. Zero is the youngest of the clan. Zero is the former lead singer for the bands The Dusted Bunnies and Teal Dear, and is currently a student in USC's film school. She has been dating Peter Parker for approximately forever and is best friends with Miss Parker (no relation). She used to occasionally turn into a hot pink kitten, she owns a leadbeater cockatoo named Fish she bought in Hong Kong, and she drives a giant teal Renault van named Dave. Dave is a girl. Zero wields with extreme prejudice a neon green croquet mallet, first used to fight off gremlins, and dyes her hair about as often as most people change their underwear. She occasionally gets into wacky trouble with the law or, you know, Scientologists.
Z Delgado
multiplez, alumna, is from Power Ranger: SPD. Due to some wacky experiments performed on her parents, Z has the ability to make copies of herself, or 'replicates.' In a multiplanetary society accepting of all sorts of aliens, this was just too weird and got her ostracized as a kid, and she ran away from various foster homes and schools until winding up on the streets with Jack Landors, stealing to get by. Until she got caught by Space Police Delta and offered the chance between Fandom High and an eventual stint as an officer of the law/Power Ranger and jail time. Z took Fandom High. Her partner in crime took jail, because Jack is a moron. Now her time here is winding down and she's gearing up to go back and save a world that hates and fears her because that trope hasn't been run into the ground, X-Men. Z rooms with Luke Skywalker and is BFF with Bridge Carson. She enjoys the color yellow, weird clothes, and loud music. If you poke her, emo comes out.
I hope most of you are familiar with this guy, so I'm not going to go hugely into his backstory. Because I already did that once upon a time. Check it. Steve Rogers is Fandom High's art teacher, laying low from that wacky Registration nonsense. He comes from a different version of the Marvel universe than I think all of our other Marvel people, so, y'know, sorry guys, he's still dead. If you live in his house or are in his workshop, there will occasionally be plates of free cookies, and really, he is just the nicest guy you could ever hope to meet. Until you need a beatdown, because then he will put you on the ground kthx.
Jean-Paul Beaubier,
notafairy hails from Alpha Flight and also X-Men, and he is still some of those things in the cut text--specifically, gay and a mutant speedster. The other bits don't apply. He is also not a magical fairy from the magical fairyland, no matter what anybody tells you. He's off-island for this session, but I still play him so I'm just gonna knock him out, too. Jean-Paul is Quebecois, so English is not his first language, French is. He teaches math and math-related subjects. He is about the snarkiest, most full-of-himself queeny bastard man you will ever meet. He has a twin sister who has schizophrenia and multiple personality disorder, Jeanne-Marie/Aurora, and they can either be very sweet or rip strips off of each other, it depends. He has really bad taste in men, in that any guy he develops a crush on will be straight. And he lives with Lulu at MCA #1, where he contrives to get her to give him chocolate.
Ah, Jenny. Jenny Sparks,
spiritofthe20th, is from The Authority, and is the 108-year-old spirit of the twentieth century trapped in a fifteen-year-old body. She chain-smokes, she drinks like a fish, she swears, and she would love to sleep around, but people old enough for her brain aren't interested in jailbait and most of the people her apparent age are too immature for her, poor dear. She's very British, very cynical and sarcastic, and she has all sorts of cool electricity-related powers due to being, yes, the spirit of the twentieth century. As spirit of the twentieth century, probably the thing she regrets most is suggesting a talentless Austrian painter named Adolf take up politics. Jenny's sidekick is Ronan Nolan, and her drinking/mocking buddy (read: radio partner) is Reno.
Alex Drake
futureclone, the new kid in town, is from Power Rangers: Time Force. I'm pulling him from pre-canon, so here's what you need to know. He's not just a random double of fellow newbie Wes Collins. On the show, their DNA matches enough to unlock a genetically locked piece of technology...over a thousand year time gap. So he's not just a random descendant, either. He's a clone. He doesn't know this, and I haven't decided if or how he's going to find out. Alex has been raised to be the Time Force Red Ranger and help end all crime in the year 3000. This isn't exactly a normal upbringing by any stretch of the word, so he's good in a fight, not so good with people. He's a big fan of the rules, of authority, of doing things by the book. He's the guy who'll be running to tell the principal while everyone else heads off into the sewers to fight the bad guy. He's been sent to Fandom High by his superiors due to records that suggest he'll be active in roughly that time period once he's an adult, for acclimation purposes, since he can't break time so much at Fandom.
He has no idea Jen, who he knows from Time Force Academy, is here, let alone that she's older than him now. And he has absolutely no clue about Wes whatsoever. In canon, which has already happened for Jen, Alex is Jen's fiancee who died, spurring her to go back to the twenty-first century, where she fell in love with Wes, only then Alex came back from the dead thanks to Jen's wonking time (though in the classic sci fi tradition, he Came Back Wrong, being pretty much a jerk), and then Jen broke up with Alex for Wes, then left Wes to go back to the future. Is your brain broken yet? It's drama central, yo. None of this has happened for Alex yet...but he does have kind of a crush on Jen. So this should be interesting. I hope.
