I got to spend half a day on Santorini between ferries, so I'm jealous that you got four days there. However, I lucked out being there on a clear day so I could watch the sunset, and it was one of the most beautiful things I've ever seen.
The other gorgeous sight is when you're sailing into the caldera of the sunken volcano as the ship approaches the port. Everyone was up on deck for that.
